Do you travel?

Absolutely. Our team regularly travels across the U.S. and abroad to cover conferences, conventions, board meetings, and large-scale events. Wherever your event is hosted, we can be there.

Do you charge travel fees?

We keep travel simple: “Rate + Room.”
You cover our standard hourly or day rate plus lodging, and we handle everything else.
Flights, transportation, meals, luggage, rental cars—our team manages all additional travel costs so you never have to worry about surprise fees.

Do you offer same-day edits for photos or videos?

Yes—if requested, we can provide same-day photo edits and select same-day video deliverables (such as highlights or social clips).
This service is based on availability and may include an additional fee, so please mention it during planning.

Do you deliver both RAW files and edited content?

We always provide fully edited images and videos as part of your package.
RAW files can be delivered upon request for an additional fee to cover transfer and file-management resources.

What is your turnaround time?

  • Photography: 3–5 business days

  • Videography: Approximately 1–2 weeks, depending on project scope
    If you have a specific deadline, just let us know—we often accommodate accelerated delivery.

How far in advance should we book?

Dates fill quickly, especially for multi-day conferences.
A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your event on our calendar. We recommend booking as early as possible.
